Tenant Introduction Letter

From: .watto .

G’day Forumites,

I am just about to take control of several income producing dwellings, which have existing tenants, some have been there for lengthy periods some have not. The longer term tenants appear to be more mature aged people and I don’t want to upset or spook them.

As this is my 1st IP deal, I am considering drafting an introduction letter to send out to all the tenants. Is this appropriate or advisable?

If yes does anyone have some samples they could post, as this would be a great help and muchly appreciated.

Cheers

Hi Watto
A friendly welcoming phone call to the tenants would add the personal touch. Then send your letter.

Joanna you are a legend. The information you have provided (especially the landlord stuff) has been invaluable to me (and I hope others) and you have just provided even more.

Thank you!!!
