Will certainly process as breach. Let's see if that'll force her to produce AVO proof. At the moment, there's only 3wks left of the bond.

Even if she does produce it now, it wasn't produced before she moved out.

If your losses are more than the bond, that may make a difference, if it goes to Tribunal.

Either way, she is out.
