Terminating Property Management Agreement - What needs to be in the email?

Pardon if this is silly question.

What needs to be in the termination notice to Property Manager?
Their notice period is 30 days, but the property currently doesn't have any tenant.

I still need them to handle the tribunal on 1 Dec, bond payment plus future arrear payments from the tenant (if any).

Apart from that there will be my feedback - I'll write it fairly on what's good and when it fell through.
 
"I hearby give you 30 day's notice of termination, as per clause <xxxxx>, of our agreement.

Please note, I still wish you to represent me at Tribunal on 1 December."

Why do you want to give them notice?

Don't I need to for termination?

As for reasons, many long story short, poor communications in the period of problems despite follow ups from me, and dishonesty when I question the PM decision to incur cost without notifying me (where the situation would not occur if they communicate properly in the first place)
