Just wanted to let you guys know of a very good property deal I have found but am unable to fund it at this stage.

This property needs minor fixes and is only 3 years old.
Agent has indicated around $1MILL on the Auction day.
And I know from experience (have bought and sold in The Entrance before) this unit will sell for $220K+ each very easily and $300K+ for the shop once strated (currently on 1 title).
There is atleast $300K NET profit in this deal minimum with very little work involved.
Anyone has any thoughts?
