Hi, I've had two torrid years with tenants. Finally axed the manager.

Now I'm getting a bit of my own back!

I dropped by the PM's office to check the status of a tenant as I noticed the rent wasn't consistent.

PM said she's already arranged a tribunal hearing. Just called me to say the cleaning is going to come out of the bond and she has had many enquiries & will be busy showing new people through.

She's also put the rent up by $20.

A good PM is worth her weight in gold.


BTW, there's been rent increases on both commercial & resi properties.
