Thoughts on Canberra and the ACT

I know the rental market has dropped, but I haven't personally experienced a drop with either of my Canberra properties. Still getting good rents.

Haven't noticed a fall in sale prices either and the number of houses for sale in the area is about normal.

Nikoletta Pal done this recently for one of my IPs.

We were self managing and it sat vacant for a while. She took over - jacked the rent up and landed a tenant within a week. I still don't know how she done it but I'm not complaining. http://www.palproperty.com.au/
