Timber floor repair

I am in need of a tradesperson to repair a damaged (buckled) black butt timber floor.

The cause of the damage was a shower leak, shower leak has been repaired.

I have called about 5 tradies out of the yellow pages/local paper but none of them want to do the job - I give them all the details and they don't even bother to call the tenant, I call them back they all say either they are too busy or that the job is too small.

Does anyone know of a reliable tradie that can help?

This looks like a floating floor is that correct not a strip floor? As this will make a difference to how you are asking the tradies.

It is strip flooring that has been laid over a concrete slab, 80x19 blackbutt.
