Time frame to build on subdivided prop?

Is there a time frame to build on a site once subdivided if you have submitted plans to council and had a permit approved?

Not usually, but there is a timeframe for Building and planning permits. If you dont build in that time frame, the build planning permits expires and you have to re apply.
