To get a project manager or to DIY....

So things are moving along well with our subdivision...just waiting for electricity to be disconnected so the house can be demolished.

My concern is whether I should arrange the rest my self or use the services of a project manager...any suggestion on how easy/hard it is to DIY.

The quote I've been given includes the following work:

Our scope of works will consist of the following items:
? Obtain Energex and Telstra Provisioning letters
? Sewer and water meter construction with relevant approvals from Queensland Urban Utilities
? Stormwater Design, construction and provision of As Constructed Plans certified by RPEQ
? Removal of redundant crossover

Pegging of block and Final Survey plan creation
? Collation of requirement documentation and submission of Plan Sealing application to council
? Once Final Survey is sealed by council, submit Title Registration application to State Government.

Quote:

? Design, Tender & Quote Stage - $1,650.00
? Project Management of Construction - $3,300.00
? Plan Sealing stage - $1,100.00
? Title Registration stage - $440.00
? Total - $6,490.00 inc GST

And this is without the actual cost of the professionals used

Side note: I already I have surveyor so I am fairly confident of organizing the pegging and final plan creation.
