Looking at rendering(cream color) an older style house, approx. 32 years old. Brick is old orange disgusting type color, with the odd brown brick thrown in. You know the style, yuk! Also window frames are aluminium, will have to change to wooden frames. Cost will be about $9,000 but should get me an extra $30 p/w. Problem is older style type homes rendered don't look that nice anyway, but my choices are limited. Any views on this and does anybody have any other recommendations to pretty up the house? I'm moving into the house when I get married in about a years time. Thanks.
