To sell or not to sell Brisbane area

Hi, I have a IP in the southside of Brisbane and have owned it for 12 years. Positive gear. I am considering selling and building a new property elsewhere but am after some thoughts as to whether it is advisable to stick Brissy out longer for maybe some further gains (12km out of CBD) this year.

Any thoughts on Brissy growth please?
 
If you can stick it out, do it.

IMO, Brisbane is poised for some nice CG due to its current position in the cycle.
 
I agree with the other posts and expecting some strong gains in the next 1-2yrs.

But what does it mean to you if there isn't? Is the new build a PPOR?
