Tools for assessing property portfolio performance

I use an excel spreadsheet, put all the rental income, yield, buy price, current value, loan amount, interest rate....

Once you build up your spreadsheet you just monitor your portfolio regularly, I guess this is an easiest way to manage a portfolio.

That's what I do too.
Created my own spreadsheet.
I also added the year of the loan, as once after 10 years I was forced to change to P&I so I had to refinance. However, this will be of no concern as you would review in the accumulation stage, and set and forget when no longer accumulating....
Based on the figures I calculate LVR's and %, and what is left after loan repayments.
For the rest I use MYOB, to track income and expenses, etc...
