Topics/People to hear from at property meetups

Hey,

So in relation to my previous meetup group I started:

There were requests for talks by pros, or on specific topics. I figure, why not.

What are some topics or people you would like to hear from and please let me know if you may be able to help in organising these speakers. Would be good to make a regular (non-for profit / non spruiker) property investor group in Sydney.

Also which locations and how much would you contribute if we were to need hall hire etc.
Maybe we can nominate a topic for a couple of months in advance and then I can get it organised and promoted.

Would be great to help others in their journey to financial freedom.
