Town planner/builder in Brisbane

I bought an investment property in Chermside in Brisbane, which has low medium density zoning. I am hoping to build three townhouses in this site. This is my first such attempt. Any advice from people who have done this type of development will be appreciated. Also, could you recommend a good townplanner and a builder.

Any ideas of the cost involved in getting townplanning and building approval ?

Paul Eslick has just finished 5 townhouses for himself and built them in about 12-14 weeks
