Townhouse builder Brisbane

Hi All

Very excited just got my BA plans from the architect and am ready to go to tender.

I have a few builders interested but was wondering whether anyone knew of a builder who may be keen. I know a lot are busy at the moment so I am worried about getting a decently priced tender.

The job will be the construction of two mid-high end townhouses in the suburb of Fairfield in Brisbane. Construction pretty straight forward.

Any recommendations gratefully accepted.

Hi Ben. Sorry, dont know any builders. Just wanted to ask a question out of curiosities sake. What costs on a per m2 basis were you being quoted on from the builders / tender process? Were these costs for a turn key product?

Check your PM. I'll send you details of two builders I have met who impressed me. I will be having both quote for our job if we go ahead.
