I chose Caveat Emptor because I am aware of the risks of recommendations.

But a builder was recommended to me by a friend in the trade to do a job. It was a small one but I was happy with the price/quality.

If you are serious about a project here give me a PM. I really don't like throwing names "out there".

You wouldn't happen to know a good painter or carpet guy in Townsville would you?

Want to get a 2 BR unit painted and re-carpeted so shouldn't be too exy one would think.
