As the other half of a DF member, trying to find housing each time we move is challenging. We either live in a defence house or try and rent privately, and renting with two dogs makes it even more special
Would Townsville be a good place to look for an IP to rent out in the next 12 months? Given that DF members get given rent assistance if they don't have a house for you, surely this will bump up the rents. What does everyone think?
