Trustworthy pest company in Adelaide

Hi All,

Building inspector noted some risk of termites at properties due to several factors.

I'm interested in getting annual check and/or preventative treatment.

However I know people who had pest companies waste their money by charging inspections, not turning up and the tenants had to report them. Also know of others who had said there were termites when there was not.. so I'm a bit cautious.

Anyone know an Adelaide company that is reliable/trustworthy that you can recommend?

I used http://www.lawlorpestcontrol.com.au/ and they seemed ok
They had a 10 year warranty instead of that every 1 year charge you a fee to come and check it malarkey
