I have been sitting on my current duplex for almost 5yrs now, it has a massive block storage area at the front of the duplex, this is split in two and shared by the current tenants there...
It will need power and water hooked up, possibly have to upgrade the entire power box for the duplex as it is quite old.
The duplex is strata titled.
I have always toyed with the idea to turn it into a 1 bed self contained flat.
What would be the first point of call to even see if this would be a viable/legal venture.
