Two houses next to each other, but one house is right next to a townhouse complex

So it's like this:

[house A] [house B] [TH complex front garden / entrance] [TH complex]


Assuming all things being equal, would there be any downsides to buying B over A?

Pros: quieter, since next door is just one big garden strip

Cons: more trouble to organise fence replacements? (have to go through owners corps etc)

What do you guys think?
 
Small complex, fine.

Large complex with 50+ occupants and cars up/down driveway next to bedrooms constantly, no thanks.

Yeah, I'd agree that is overanalysing... It will likely be immaterial.
