Yeah, that's the kitchen at home. People still comment on it - mostly kindly. I think even my mother has become accustomed to it.

Great savings on top of the line appliances and your own workmanship. Always feels good to make a saving - then put the money into something that gives the X-factor. Glad that you didn't skimp on the splashback - which is a beautiful white!
