Has anybody closed in an under main roof carport and converted it into a fourth bedroom?
We have a 3 bed, 1 bath property in SE Qld. We want to close in the existing carport and make into another bedroom with ensuite to make the property 4 bed, 2 bath.
- has anyone here done this type of project
- approx what would it cost if we had it done by builder
- The property is in Goodna, ... any recommendations of builders in
the area who we can contact
The roof structure is in place, .... concrete floor already down, brick pillars can be infilled between by bricklayer, ... it will mainly be internal wall lining, a door and window plus small ensuite bathroom. The bathroom will be at the kitchen end so we should be able to tap into the same plumbing.
I haven't got any quotes as yet as I've only just decided that it is an option, but if anyone can recommend a builder in the Ipswich area it would be greatly appreciated.
