A real estate agent came knocking on my door asking if I wanted to sell my home. The answer was no but I asked him if he has any investment properties on his books. He mentioned the 'Serbian club' in Weston (ACT) is being re-developed into residential units and some commercial space. He was talking in the ballpark of $289k. I assumed that was for a 2 bedder. Seems a bit high to me.
The location is opposite the petrol station and beside the indoor cricket centre.
I would have thought that there was ample townhouses within walking distance of Coolaman court but there are no units yet. I thought he was probably about $100k to high.
Any Canberra people have thoughts on this ?
