What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of owning units vs houses as IP's.

BOTH are great for investment!
BOTH can be structured as positive, neutral or negatively cashflowed.
BOTH have advantages and disadvantages, depending on what you are trying to achieve.

BUT most importantly, whether unit or house, make sure the LAND CONTENT (value of the land) is at least 30%+ of the purchase price.

It is the land that appreciates most!
