About 12 months ago I attempted to post a warning about Bhart Bhushan and his associated entities. Unfortunately, the mods saw fit to delete it and give me a 12 month warning for my trouble.

In any case,

ASIC eventually got around to getting *some* of the issues sorted.

Hopefully no-one got stung in the interim

Bhushan previously Traded as Bathla Investments and currently also goes by the name Western Sydney Property Group.

They have the most over priced and poor quality properties too. I've seen a few around the area....And they are impossible to negotiate with - at least they were around the FHOG era of $24k.

Definitely be very wary of spruikers, especially those who are selling their own stock.
