Upgrade Status of The Forum??

It was going a bit faster over the last few weeks, but logging in today took me 2 minutes and I connect on the end of a physical 34MG ATM circuit....
My normal internet access is still good for response times, just the forum.

Hi there.
Unfortunately the upgrade progress was delayed by a slight problem with the domain name that Ian wanted to use for the new forum. This is still being resolved.
In the meantime, we have set up a test server, where we have installed the new software and are actively trying it out and working out what settings we will be using.
We have not dicussed an ETA for when we would like to go live with the new forum. Obviously we are waiting on the domain name issues... but once that's sorted (any day now), and we are satisfied with the testing (give us a couple of days or so), I assume Ian will want to get it all live sooner rather than later.
So... it's really happening ! Real soon now ! Promise !
