Urgent feedback needed: ALGESTER ???

Algester reminds me a little of the Hills District. Steady CG, no trains, 45min express buses to the CBD.

Is there any opportunity for a train line here in the (near) future?

It's a 5 min drive to the train station and they have express buses running every 5 mins to the city in peak so train extension highly unlikely.

I purchased this property in algester

Just hope this area does well

This was one of the cheapest 4 bedders in the area

was badly presented which worked in my favour - needed new carpet and cooktop. Have since done that & im renting it out now.
