we too! it would have been easily repaired , you get three quotes, average these, and ask the seller to reduce the price by that amount, other wise the seller would have to go through the entire auction process again , very costly in some areas , you might have had a new carport as well :D

Exactly - it's called leverage. I used a similar technique to reduce the price of my last IP purchase in December 2009. The trick is to make things so the seller has more skin in the game than you do.
