Hello all,
Just wondering if I need to get a valuation done on my property. We bought it just over a year ago, moved in once it was rented for a while (tennants came with the purchase). We now plan to move out within a year and turn it into an IP. Should we get the place valuated once we plan to leave just in case we sell the property in the future? We've done some renos while living here (bathroom, painting).
