Hi Tai
Before you engage any valuer make sure that your lender will accept their valuation. You will find that most lenders will only accept valuations from their own panel of valuers.
I find Herron Todd White very professional. they are in Church ST Richmond, but have about 50 valuers on their staff and travel everywhere. Because they are the biggest independent firm of valuers (they don't buy or sell properties)you will almost certainly find that your financial institution will accept their valuation.
