You can use many valuation firms in Canberra but the main ones are CBRE, DPS Opteon, Propell or Herron Todd White. You will find they all charge around the same fee. The major banks use these firms. Google them

What are you trying to do? Do you know that most lenders offer free upfront vals? Some even do desktop and system vals.
