Vendor finance in SA

G'day Guys,

I was wondering if there is anybody out there successfully using vendor finance in South Australia?

I know IC are a big no no and people have found away around the legislation with 6 month lease options. The only VF strategy i know of that works is deposit finance.

I'm currently doing deals in VIC and NSW however will be moving back home to SA and want to continue VF investing. If you have any ideas or know any food contacts please let me know.

Friends purchased through vendor finance, but as you stated it was only deposit finance.
