Having read someone mentioning Residex in one of the other threads I'm wondering if there is an equivalent reporting service for Victoria/Melbourne?

There is a book you can buy for $69.95 (from memory?) which contains all the suburb snapshots for Melbourne. Go to www.apimagazine.com.au and then to the shopping mall.

Residex is planning on expanding to Melbourne/Vic soon as well... let's hope it's sooner rather than later.
