Victorian FHOG and Wraps

It would appear that there has been a change to the requirements to obtain the FHOG on wraps in Victoria.

Applicants are now required to submit a statutory declaration and a copy of a utilities notice in the name of the purchaser.

Whilst a tightening up is not unexpected, the question remains whether Victoria will continue to move towards the more restrictive regime in other states.
