Long time lurker, this forum has been a great source of information (and some misinformation!) so thanks all that post and keep these forums active, have recently jumped into my first IP with both my IP and PPOR being in Perth.
I like to think I have a generally good handle on investment taxation matters (both equities and property), but given this is my first IP I would prefer to have an expert give me guidance/prepare my return. I have sniffed around a few local accountants and quickly realised that the ones I have contacted havent been entirely suitable when it came to IPs and various investing strategies. Most seem to be small business focussed with 'some' resi IP experience on the side.
Long story short.... any one able to recommend a Perth accountant (perferably NOR, I am currently living in North Perth) who knows their IP stuff? Would prefer someone I can physically go and see/interview/assess.
