Hi,

For anyone interested in Perth I spoke to the West Australian newspaper today and they will be putting out their list of suburbs and median prices info in the next couple of weeks. It's for the quarter ending Sept. So keep an eye out for it in Saturdays West.

Further to my last post I've just seen the seven news and they have released the top ten performing suburbs for the past 12 months and the top 5 for the past 15 years in Perth. If anyone wants the info ask and I'll post it on the board as I took a note of the info.

I'd be interested to find out what suburbs have been on the increase as well as predictions of any likely to boom in the near future.

Here's the info the the 7 news:

Best ten performing suburbs over past 12 mths:

1. Coolbellup - 35%
2. Mundijong - 33%
3. Trigg - 27.8%
4. Bedford - 27.5%
5. Bayswater - 25%
6. Embleton - didn't say the figure
7. Tuart Hill - didn't say the figure
8. Yanchep - 25%
9. Golden Bay - 25%
10. Carine - didn't say the figure

Best 5 suburbs over past 10 years:

1. Mosman Park - 12.78%
2. Swanbourne - 12.01%
3. Claremont - 11.83%
4. Mt Claremont - 11.81%
5. Mt Lawley - 11.81%

Hope it is of some interest. They said the reason for Coolbellup was because of the regeneration they've done there. Embleton and Tuart Hill it is because of their affordability and closeness to the city. Carine is due to the schools there.

Regards
Trina
