Hi

Just wondering if any can share there experiences, good, bad or indifferent using Wakelin Property Advisory for property purchases, how did these properties perform over say a 10 year term, type of property purchased.

Thanks

Alex

Haven't used them but I make the observation that if you had bought anything within 10ks of CBD in Melbourne 3-10 years ago and held you would have made a motza...so whilst Wakelin may quote you good figures, they may just be representative of the general trend...

Hi Anon

The major thing with many buyers agents is more an issue of "buy time". For most busy people time is their most precious commodity.

Indeed most of my clients that have used these types of services have been very happy even where they have an "average" property at an average price.
