Trying to get a feel for if it's required.
It's for new construction of 3 bed townhouses 5km from Bris CBD, maybe $600k ish val.
$200 to provide water supply to fridge.

Would this be in demand?
Can you T off existing taps from the sink mixer later, if required, maybe?

These will be held as rentals too.

I would. For 200 bucks its cheaper now than later.... as I'm finding out.

Hi Ace,
Yes I would too. Pretty high perceived value for only $200 each - as long as the rest of the kitchen is 'in line' with that approach (ie stone bench-tops, not laminate etc.)
