Hi Dale

Could you explain the wealth wheel concept?

I know in the Brad Sugars thread you mentioned you had explained it previously but I tried to do a search on "wealth and wheel" but nothing came up.

Cheers, Simon

Simon,

Brad Sugars talks about the wealth wheel concept.

Basically it is a 5 spoke wheel. Four of the spokes represent positively geared property and the final spoke represents negatively geared property and they all join together to form a wheel.

His method is to buy 4 +ly geared properties no matter where they are (rural especially) and then add 1 -ly geared property in a good growth suburb. This keeps both the banks happy and your investments ticking along.

Hope this helps.
