Our next first home buyers information night will be on the 25th july at Parramatta RSL - it be a small group of 50 to keep it more real - but we hold this event every 2 month.
3 guest speakers, including property accountant from DL partners and Lawyer from ALP legal.
No sales/forms...this event is perfect for newbies and first home buyers who want to understand how property works , where to buy, different type of strategies, tax basics and how to read/analysis the market.
This event will not benefit experienced or pro investors( however in Nov we will be holding our annual Pro investors , SMSF and Property development talk )
Lastly this is our bi-annual charity event- donation provided on the night will be matched by Shape Home loans and all proceeds will go to Father Chris Riley's - Youth off the streets ( Gold coin donation taken at the door + live auction)
