my broker introduced me this product, he said it is under Westpac, currently runs a 3 years fixed 4.99% with offset account.

Does anyone know this bank well? I don't know if i can trust such a website myself

I think it's impossible to have an offset account linked to a fixed loan. Offset accounts can only be linked to variable loans.

well thats what my broker said to me, they offering fixed 3 years with offset ... and no account fees....
