You can do it if you like. I've done it in the past. Maybe have it when you get back from your trip. At worst we should have you, me, Hubby, DaveM and maybe my daughter.
I did talk to someone at The Red Cow in Penrith. They will give you a room cordoned off from the rest of the meals area, if there's around 20 people, free of charge. Their food isn't too bad & there's usually a $8.50 special, as well as their other stuff. Not sure if Penrith is too far though. Personally I prefer Penrith to St Mary's as there's not a lot of choice in St Mary's.
