So basically, limited growth expected across the board. Affordability across the board still below the long term trend and not likely to improve. Yields still below long term trend. Investors not likely to return in 2006.

Was that the key points as you read them?

I guess the Somersoft Barometer is working just fine then as that's the picture we've been painting here for a while now...
