What an explosive result, sold for 4.5 Million

Just attended an auction in Box Hill_3128 and the following house sold for
staggering 4.5 Million, the bidding start from 2.2M and raised sharply until
3.9M and finally setteled on 4.5 Millions. Auction last for 30 minutes.
Is this the highest Auction sold price in the area ?
What would be the commission (10% ?) for the estate agent ?

The high end that was falling is now stabilized and on its way back up insome parts.

More like 2.2 - 3.3% incl GST which they collect for the Feds.

Did you bid K4K4M?

Not that lucky to bid for million dollar yet, I thought commisson would be at least 5%..

There were 3 serious buyers and yes they were all chinese. I was expecting max 3 Mill but 4.5 Mill was unbelievable.
Land can be used for an apartment development (student accommodation)
