From Cupcakes' description like naturally gifted and working that many hours, it would be possible to earn that $2-$3M in 2-3 years but there would be an element of luck involved.
However, on a per annum basis, while still possible could be tough to predict. Unless they're lucky enough to close a few mega deals within that time period. Only my opinion of course.
