What do the Banks think about Wraps?

From: Simon and Julie M

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
If I intended to approach a bank for a loan for the purpose of doing a wrap. What should one say? Is this an accepted Practice?

Hi Simon

Most of the big 4 do not like the PR implications of a wrap deal going to custard and having to toss the wrappe into the srteet because the Wrapper has defaulted on the loan.

having said that, there are a number of "beyond" the square lenders including major banks, and brand name non bank lenders that dont particularly care.

Your best bet is to use an indpependent broker, and benefit from other peoples experience.

Thanks Rolf
I have just finished reading John Burley's book and was left wondering about the ethics of wrapping.

Hi Again

I cannot help myself.

Your question includes the word "think".

They don't :0)

Just ask some of the guys and girls here who are "rental reliant"
