Not bought several properties at the peak of a hot market in Brisbane in early 2008 and waited about 12 months
Should have bought more in the early 2000's
Should have bought in Sydney rather than regional NSW in 2011
Should have been more aggressive earlier
Should have started using a broker earlier- very important
Should have stuck to higher yielding properties as you can reach the serviceability wall very quickly despite a strong income
Should not have crossed several properties with NAB before we knew what we were doing
Should not have listened to noise regarding market crashes over the years and always assessed things for myself based on market fundamentals
