What insect are these?

G'morn all,

On the back balcony i have on the roofline an insect that is dropping egg sacks.

They look like rice bubbles

Anyone know

Also have some 3/4 inch holes in the ground,there not spider holes,so could they be earthworms,locusts?

How do you know it's not a spider? I had something similar in my garden . I put water in and a black spider stuck its front legs out
