What is the best way to advertise a DA approved property

Hi,
Can somebody advise the best way to maximise the potential of my DA approved property.
I have a house in a perfect location in Burleigh Heads QLD that is currently rented for $460 per week - I have had plans approved to construct 4 luxury townhouses with a basement C/P.

As this might not be suitable to the average buyer - What would be my best place to get this advertise to the right people.

Consider appointing an agent who specialises in selling commercial property.

WRITE IN BIG LETTERS AS FIRST LINE OF LISTING rather than just somewhere inside the blurb so people can see it on re.com in listings rather than finding out when they click on your individual listing.

and include a picture (preferably a nice 3D render) of the development in the add listing as the primary photo so people can see what it will look like.

All it needs to be complete is a yellow workmen sign with "Under Construction" and gratuitous use of the<blink> tag
