bundy1964 10th Apr, 2003 #2 Hi phm The rate used is CPI. As with most things in PIA it defaults to a worst case senerio to see if the numbers will add up for you. You can also change the numbers to reflect past performance of the property/area. Most lenders will go with worst case though for their SANF bundy

XBenX 28th Apr, 2003 #5 I think the qn is whether it uses headline, underlying, adjusted etc. I dont have PIA so I cant answer... CPI whilst measured in the same way includes different items in its "basket" of goods - depending on which CPI measurement is being determined.
